…is noted for her evangelistic ministry. Her transparency in sharing the truth of her past has transformed her life and the lives of others. She passionately believes in the potential of all people and is devoted to the cause of Christ. She is also the director of the women’s ministry, and is the creative visionary and CEO of Life Connect. Involved in the creative process of Life Connect was a selection of women who experienced and understood what single parenting was about first hand.

In 1983 she earned a license in Cosmetology from Jean Michelle College. In 1992, she earned her CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) in Dental Assisting. She served on the Dental Advisory Board of the Grand Rapids Community College from 1999-2003. In 2015, she earned an Associate’s degree in Applied Arts & Science in Dental Hygiene from Grand Rapids Community College. She also serves alongside her husband James, who is the Senior Pastor of New Life Tabernacle COGIC in Grand Rapids, Michigan and she is the mother of their beautiful daughter Mackenzie.
